16 Year Old Foster Teen Missing From Happy Valley

HAPPY VALLEY, Ore.—Clackamas county sheriffs deputies have been looking for 16 year old Doug Faoa has been missing for 12 days. His foster family lives in Albany he’s been in Happy Valley stay ing at a treatment facility. He told staff Clackamas Town Center was his destination . Doug is Black 5’9 160 lbs. He was wearing a gray or white hoodie gray jeans and a black vest. Sgt. Marcus Mendoza with the sheriffs department says, ” Douglas does not have any medical issues he is not endangered.  Someone gave him a ride to the Oregon City Point Center across from Clackamas Community College on October 10th around 4PM.”  That person notified the sheriff’s department . Doug’s foster mother lives in Albany she has organized a search fro him for this Saturday. Volunteers will leave the Safeway store at 122nd and Sunnyside Road at 10 AM .
