Being a true ginger is a problem, especially when it comes to SkinCare, I love being outdoors and being on the water at the lake which means I have to lather up in Suntan lotion, and I mean more than most people.  Well in recent years I have been prone to skin cancer and in fact, just a few months ago I had to have some Basil Cell Carcinoma removed from my back and it sucks.

Now if YOU Don’t want skin cancer? Then don’t spend too much time in the sun without suntan lotion & start to consume a lot of Vitamin A. That’s the takeaway from a new Brown University study.

According to the U.S. National Institutes of Health, foods that are strong sources of Vitamin A include sweet potatoes, cantaloupe, carrots, black-eyed peas, sweet red peppers, broccoli, spinach, dairy foods, fish, and meat–especially liver! Ok Not a Fan Of Liver YUCK maybe skip that one These findings just add another reason to have a healthy diet with fruits and vegetables.
