7531 Teddy Bears Donated In 60 Seconds
At the annual Teddy Bear Toss for your Portland Winterhawks this year, the first goal was scored at 7:17 in the first period by forward Robbie Fromm-Delorme, and within seconds, 7,531 Teddy Bears rained down from fans in the stands onto the ice. It is an annual tradition, with the donated bears going to local children’s charities.
