ACM Awards Pick September 16 as New Date, With Location to Be Announced
On Monday, producers for the Academy of Country Music Awards announced that the ceremony will air live on CBS on September 16, although it may not take place at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, as initially planned.
The originally scheduled April 5 ceremony was postponed last week due to coronavirus; instead, CBS will air a two-hour special, ACM Presents: Our Country, during that time. As for the rescheduled ceremony, while the venue has yet to be confirmed, Keith Urban will remain as host.
