As a kid, I loved eating PB&J Sandwich’s  I’d have three or 4 a day, and it might be a great thing for your kids as well later down the road. According to a new campaign, if you want to prevent your child from having allergies you should feed them peanut butter before they turn the age of one.

A survey in Australia has been done and shows that one in ten babies are allergic to peanuts, eggs, and milk before their first birthday and that number has steadily increased throughout the years.

Thanks to a study done in 2015, doctors are looking to drop that number after it was found that allergies can be curbed if you introduce those foods to kids until about two to three years of age.

Does your child deal with allergies?
