American Idol judges Luke Bryan, Katy Perry and Lionel Richie are returning for the show’s fifth season on ABC and 20th overall in Spring 2022. Virtual Idol Across America auditions kick off Aug. 6 for Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina and run through September for all 50 states and Washington, D.C.
