Portland police, along with his family and friends, are still searching for Owen. We spoke with his father Dustin Klinger during a search yesterday at Cathedral Park. His Dad says Owen was not prepared to be out in this cold weather for this long of a time. Tonight’s candlelight vigil starts at 8:30pm at the Chapel on the University of Portland campus.
