Joe Exotic is not going to sleep well tonight knowing that Carole Baskin won the million-dollar judgment after she sued Exotic for trademark infringement.  Exotic tried to transfer the zoo to Jeff Lowe and his mother but a judge said the move was fraudulent, so Baskin gets the property to settle the score.

Jeff Lowe has 120 days to get himself, his animals, and anything that he rightfully owns off of the property.  Lowe just reopened the zoo last month, calling it Tiger King Zoo after the Netflix docuseries that shot Exotic, Baskin, and Lowe to fame.

As part of the judgment, Big Cat Rescue was also awarded control of several cars and cabins on the property, with the judge ordering the current zoo operator to leave within 120 days and removing all animals on the property.

According to TMZ, Lowe’s not too shaken up about it. “We have long anticipated that the judge would eventually undo the 2016 land transfer,” he told the outlet. “We are thankful that he dragged out his decision this long and allowed us time to complete the new Tiger King Park in Thackerville, Oklahoma, behind the world’s largest casino.”
