Dan + Shay to Perform on “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve”
Dan + Shay, Green Day, Megan Thee Stallion, Kelsea Ballerini, Dua Lipa, Paula Abdul, Blanco Brown, and Salt-n-Pepa will help rock in the new year on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve With Ryan Seacrest 2020. ET reports that in addition to those A-list artists performing on the annual broadcast, co-host Ciara will also perform her latest single, “Melanin.”
“Hosting New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest has become something I look forward to every year,” Ciara says in a statement. “I hope all my melanin kings and queens tune in to rock out with me and the amazing line-up of performers this year.” While Ciara will host the show’s L.A. feed, Billy Porter will host from New Orleans and Lucy Hale will co-host alongside Seacrest in New York’s Times Square.
This year’s broadcast will feature five hours of performances from around the globe. It kicks off at 8 p.m. ET on December 31 on ABC.
