Do This To Help You Sleep Better At Night
Since the pandemic started, we were all faced to stay and work from home, be cautious about going out, and so may other things. Well, one thing I enjoyed during all of this was getting out every day and taking a walk with my Dog Maui, so we can both get our exercise.
I just recently learned and read that if you get out and do your daily walk or some activity such as “A brisk walk, bike ride, or a few rounds of bodyweight exercises can help us sleep better, as long as you’re doing it for at least 20 to 25 minutes a day,”
So if you are like me and work two days a week from home then plan out your routine and get back into the routine, feel good about your self and of course, get the rest your body needs.
Trust me it works for me, and You’ll thank me later
