Fans Respond To Miranda Lambert’s Call For Help After Nashville Tornado Leaves Many Dogs Homeless
Miranda Lambert praised her fans after they helped raise $11,000 for displaced dogs affected by the Nashville tornado in less than 24 hours. Lambert is working with Nashville’s Metro Animal Center, to take in displaced dogs. More dogs are expected to come to the center as they come out of hiding from the storm.
“Y’all are amazing!!” Lambert posted along with a few pictures. She urged her fans to help with donations to animal shelters in the affected counties in Nashville. The singer will continue to match donations to her MuttNation Foundation to help house displaced dogs.
Currently, donations of almost $30,000 have been received.
