“I Hope” Singer Gabby Barrett to Drop Debut LP “Goldmine” on June 19
After reaching #1 with her hit single, “I Hope,” Gabby Barrett has announced that she’ll drop her debut album, Goldmine, on June 19. “I am so excited that my first album is finally complete,” Barrett says in a statement. “I’ve been writing for this project for almost two years, pulling together who I am as an artist and working hard with my team to make this album an expression of that. To see it come together like this feels amazing and is such a huge blessing.”
MusicRow notes that Barrett co-wrote 12 of the LP’s 13 tracks, including “I Hope” and its Charlie Puth-assisted remix. Other songwriters on the project include Ross Copperman, Nicolle Galyon and Barrett’s husband, Cade Foehner. Fans who pre-order Goldmine will also receive an advance copy of her next single off the album, “Got Me.”
