ICYDK – Shoplifting Busts, College Debate Parties, & A Goonies Reboot

If you’re hoping to shoplift, might want to avoid Washington Co. for awhile.  The County has just been given a grant of a million and a half dollars to combat retail theft, and just this weekend, Tigard Police Department scooped up 21 people shoplifting at various stores, so unless you’re a pro like that dude from Can’t Hardly Wait, move it on down the road.

College kids know how to party, which means you know what they were doing last night…  watching the Presidential debaaaaate!  Many college campus groups were organizing watch parties for last night’s event.  That’s right, the young people are mobilizing, so watch out for…  skibidi…  vote… bussin’.  (I don’t know what I’m saying.)

I do know about the Goonies though, and fair warning, Oregonians, at some point in the near future, you’re gonna have to take a stand on what you think about a reboot, because they’re talking about it.  Or at least there’s rumors.  Who knows?  Just this week alone I’ve heard rumors of Back To The Future & Happy Gilmore reboots too, so…  nothing would surprise me.
