ICYDK – The Choco Taco, Boring Tunnels, & Expired Tags

In 2022, ice cream maker Klondike announced the death of the Choco Taco, and the world has been in decline ever since…  but there’s hope.  Taco Bell has announced they’re working with, get this…  Salt & Straw to bring it back.  Two humongous names uniting to right a galactic wrong.  It’s an exciting time.

Clackamas Co. has been building a new tunnel that’ll transport water, and they need help with naming the Tunnel Boring Machine that they’ve been using, so they’re turning to the public to help.  They’re making a contest of it, so go submit your name.  It’s big long tool that pokes a hole.  You know those submissions are gonna be appropriate.

And finally, here’s a surprising stat, of the 1,000,000 cars registered in Portland, almost half have expired tags, and PBOT needs the money, so they’re gonna be coming for it.  Almost half.  460,000.  How are half of Portlanders getting away with this?  You literally have a sign on the back of your car saying, “pull me over.’  I don’t understand this.
