Kelly Clarkson Catches her Star On The Walk Of Fame

22 years ago Kelly Clarkson walked onto the American Idol Stage and shocked the judges  Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson and Paula Abdul with her big vocals and amazing runs and stole Americans’ heart with her laughter, smile and cuteness.

Over the years Kelly has done well after becoming the 1st American Idol Champ. Her celebrated career includes a 2022 Daytime Emmy Award for outstanding entertainment talk show host for her eponymously named talk show, three Grammy Awards, four American Music Awards, three MTV Video Music Awards, two Academy of Country Music Awards and two American Country Awards. She is also the first artist to top each of Billboard’s pop, adult contemporary, country and dance charts. She is known for her hit songs “Since U Been Gone, “Breakaway” and “Stronger (What Doesn’t Kill You),” among others.

She received the honor on Sept. 19 in a ceremony in front of her new star, the 2,733rd on Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles.
