If you have ever seen a show at Jubitz Ponderosa Lounge such as Keith Urban, Brooks & Dunn, Blake Shelton, and dozens more then you might remember our friend Mick Million.  It is with heavy hearts to say that we have lost our beloved friend “Mick” Michael Million. Mick is an icon here in Portland, he has helped so many musicians throughout the years.  Mick was not just a sound guy, but “THE SOUND GUY” He has so much history in the Northwest. Mick was a great guy to work with he was a kind hearted soul and truly cared about this music industry.

He was extremely passionate about his work and The Ponderosa Lounge,  in fact, musicians that have come through the doors at the pondo knew they were in good hands with Mick after all the Pondo was his second home and for over two decades he has helped so many local bands get started and helped teach them about the sound biz . He will always have a special place in our hearts. Will miss his jokes, laughter, his huge personality and most of all the passion he had for music.

Tonight 15 bands in all will be apart of the Mick Million Music Festival at Jubitz, some of your local favorites will be stopping by to play in his honor, Melissa Mickelson, Redwood Son, Britnee Kellogg,  Kurt Van Meter  and more so come party Pondo style and let’s all celebrate in honor of Mick starting at 6:00pm. We are asking for a $5 donation at the door. All proceeds will go to his family.
