Luke Bryan, Kane Brown, Jason Aldean Compete in Shawn Johnson’s “Newlywed Challenge” for Charity

Four of country music’s hottest couples put their marriages to the test this week in a special edition of The Newlywed Challenge. As the blog One Country reports, the YouTube game show was recently launched as a fundraiser by former Olympic gymnast Shawn Johnson and her husband, Andrew East. Luke Bryan, Jason Aldean, Kane Brown, and Chuck Wicks competed on Thursday’s episode alongside their spouses as they answered questions while stuck in what Bryan called “the quarantine from hell.” You might think the Bryans would run away with the game, considering they’ve been married the longest at 14 years–but in the end, the Aldeans snuck away with a one-point win. In exchange, they won $1,000 for their charity of choice, an animal organization called Proverbs 12:10 Rescue that helps find loving homes for dogs and cats.
