Making The Most Of Your New Years Resolutions
When it comes to New Years Resolutions I never set anything to high, or out of reach, studies say that you should set a goal of at least 3 to start off the new year.
So I have set three for myself, 1. is to be a better cook and learn more of a healthy lifestyle, 2. is to learn photography, so you may see me with a camera in hand, don’t be shy I’ may snap a pic of YOU, and three is to be more present with friends and write things down, so I can reflect on the good times and continue to move forward with my dreams and resolutions. Use these key factors to help you obtain your goals
- Be Specific – ex: I’m going to cook Salmon today – To be Healthy
- Make Your Goals Attainable – Write them Down – EX; Have a Dry January, Company Goals, Family Goals
- Make Goals Public – So your friends & family can help you obtain those goals – don’t go crazy
Don’t get stuck in the past, start your 2020 on the right foot and crush those resolutions
