Minto-Brown Island Park To Remain Inaccessible

The park in downtown Salem right by the river is closed…  not because anything is wrong with the park, but because you can’t really get to the park.  A landslide along River Rd. S that happened last Thursday (12/23) is too unstable to clean up right now, and it is blocking both lanes entering the park.  They expect it to be a week before they can properly assess the slide.
