The World Naked Bike Ride in Portland announced its date and starting location Thursday. Take it from me, if you’re not into that sort of thing, you’ll want to avoid the route. I accidentally found myself in the path of the nude riders with my kids a couple of years ago and it was awkward to say the least!

Whether you’re into it or not, know that June 29 is the day they will bare it all. That’s the day bicyclists will meet at Laurelhurst Park, strip out of their clothes, and ride around Portland.

World Naked Bike Ride is an annual tradition meant to bring awareness to the vulnerability of cyclists, to encourage human-powered transportation, and to promote body positivity.

On June 29, thousands of riders will meet at the park at 8 p.m. and leave the park at 9 p.m. The ride does not loop back to the start location and the route is approximately 6 miles long.

You have been warned.
