October Is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, And You can help Defeat Cancer

I’m excited about my role with the American Cancer Society and the “Real Men Wear Pink” Campaign. for the 6th year I’ll be the Emcee for our upcoming walk on Oct 13th.   The walk will take place at Daimler Trucking North American – 4555 N Channel Ave, Portland, The walk begins at 10:00 am.

Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walks are the largest network of breast cancer awareness events in the nation, uniting communities with a shared determination to help free the world from the pain and suffering of breast cancer.  Here is where you can help lend a hand and join us as a volunteer to support the 18th Annual Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk!

We depend on the passion of volunteers to complete our mission. Just a few hours of your day will make a difference. Volunteers help with check-in, water stations, information, and much more. Volunteer at a Making Strides Against Breast Cancer event and make sure that no one fighting breast cancer has to walk alone.
