Portland, Ore. – Brand new details about the man who died at an Oregon Zoo concert, and the lawsuit that’s been filed by his family. $5,000,000. That’s how much money the family of a man found dead at the Oregon Zoo is seeking in their new lawsuit. KXL’s Jacob Dean talked with the lawyer representing the man’s family and has the latest.

Attorney Michael Fuller says the suit was filed against several corporations who played a role in the security and organization of the music concert at Zoo back in August, including The Zoo, Metro, Construction Contractors, and George Clinton and his band.

The body of 62-year-old Carl Ross Sr. was found by Zoo workers two days after the concert.  We’ve learned a storm that night may have caused concert goers to run for cover, and that may have been a factor.
