Another statue is causing controversy in downtown Portland called the “Nightmare Elk”, created and funded by Black Lives Matter protesters, went missing last Friday morning.

The statue was erected by protestors and stationed downtown at SW Main Street and 3rd Avenue, replacing the Orginal Elk sculpture built back in 1900 removed by city officials after protesters set fire to the city’s historic landmark

Saturday, the far-right group Patriot Prayer took credit for the statue’s theft.
