Portland’s Unemployment Rate Falls To 3.8 Percent In April

PORTLAND, Ore. – The unemployment rate in the Portland Metro area fell from 4.1 percent in March to 3.8 percent in April.
However, the Oregon Employment Department says that number is slighting higher than this time last year when it was 3.6 percent.
Employers added over 6,000 jobs last month.
