If you are planning a family vacation this year and are wondering where should we go,  maybe hit up Northern Califonia and See the massive California redwoods in Eureka. Why you ask?  well if your a thrillseeker like myself then this is a bucket list stop because You’ll soon be able to take in California’s majestic redwood trees on a whole other level.

On June 4, Sequoia Park Zoo in Eureka will debut the Redwood Sky Walk allowing visitors to wander along a quarter-mile route that’s 100 feet off the ground. Even with that boost, the upper canopy of trees stretches about 250 feet high. The total out-and-back path is about 1,104 feet, making it the longest skywalk in the western U.S.

If you’re scared of heights then maybe just walk around and enjoy the beauty of the forest and its amazing surroundings. This for sure is on our buckets list in 2021
