Tech Jobs Highest In Oregon History
Many industries in the NW are floundering, but tech is not one of them. In the .com boom of the 90s, when tech was at its highest, Oregon had about 100,000 tech jobs, plus some change. For the first time since then, we have topped that number, and there are more people working in tech in Oregon than ever before. Not only that, but it accounts for half of Oregon’s exports.
