2019 has been a year to remember. Although I say that every year, the years just keep getting better!

I really do have so much to be thankful for but I’m going to sum it up into three reasons:

  1. Family – I have got a tribe of people that most people would kill to have. This last year has been full of very busy schedules and the only way that that has been pulled off is with the help of our family. My parents and my in-laws. They love unconditionally and sacrifice so that my husband, son and I are taken care of. I’m beyond thankful for them, especially this year!
  2. A job – I know that the economy is really good right now so having a job isn’t technically all that hard BUT having a job that I love and am passionate about and that I get excited to do is a blessing. I know not everyone has a job they love so I feel extra blessed in that way. Plus the people I work with are the best in the business!
  3. America – Why America in a time when everyone is yelling ‘it’s the beginning of the end’? Because when you take a step back and compare our lives in this country to the lives of people around the world… We are blessed. We live in the most progressive and wealthy country on the planet. We have more freedoms than anyone else on Earth. We are free to do almost literally anything we want. So today when you are thinking of things you’re thankful for, remember where you live.

Take a minute today to reflect on the things you’re thankful for. It will give you perspective heading into a holiday season that is taken over by consumerism. It will give you peace, joy and happiness that no ‘stuff’ can.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.
