2020 is taking a toll on so many people, including myself, I’m struggling to sleep, help my son with school work and I feel like I’m failing as a parent these days. Not to mention this pandemic has taken a toll on the economy and has had a mental impact on people who have lost jobs.

The pandemic has also affected those who are still working.  A new poll found 1 out of 4 workers surveyed considered quitting their job during the COVID crisis. Corporations are making cuts to budgets to find ways to save jobs, but it’s forcing people with jobs to take on more and employees are spending more time working harder from home with longer day and nights

About 7 out of 10 people said the added stress of handling their jobs with other responsibilities was part of the reason. People working outside of the home were concerned about contracting the virus.

Workers making less than $30,000 a year were 39 percent more likely to consider quitting their job.
