Unemployment Rate Falls Again In Portland

Congratulations to the Greater Portland Area as news from the Oregon Department of Employment rolls in that the unemployment rate has dropped again.  In October, it was 4.4%, and in November, it clocked in at 4.1%, with an estimated 10,000 jobs being added by local employers.
