Vancouver Apartment Shooting Suspect Due In Court Today

Clark County, WA. – The man accused of shooting three people at Smith Tower Apartments in Vancouver last week will appear in court today. Authorities say Robert Breck shot and killed Dean Tunstall at the senior living facility last Thursday. They say he also shot and wounded two women. Breck, who’s 80, is facing murder and attempted murder charges.
