Video Bathroom Creeper Sentenced To Prison

PORTLAND, Oregon —Johnny Tuck Chee Chan was sentenced to 12 years in prison for filming employees in the bathrooms  of Kaiser Permanente and Banana Republic.  He worked at both places. He also has to register as a sex offender.  Sentencing was reached through a negotiated plea deal.  The judge commented this was a real tragedy that caused a lot of pain suffering and hurt. there were as many as many as 70 victims.  Chan told some of his victims who came to court today ,”I’m genuinely sorry.”
