Watch: New Video Of Missing Student Owen Klinger Released
Portland, Ore. – Police have released new TriMet video showing a missing University of Portland Freshman. Owen Klinger was last seen leaving the North Portland campus on the night of October 6th. The 18-year-old is seen walking across Portsmouth on Willamette Boulevard, heading toward St. Johns. That’s a different direction than police initially observed. Authorities are now asking neighbors from Willamette to Lombard Streets, and Fiske to Ida Avenues to review their home surveillance video. Volunteers are planning to search for Owen over the weekend. They’ll be canvassing the North Park Blocks.
