YOU having a bad day, well here are some little things you can do about it.

Sometimes we get down, beat ourselves up when were not feeling motivated, you have some of those days, maybe weeks, or month when nothing seems to go your way. I’ve been there  just when you think I’m getting ahead something happens and kicks ya back a day or two and Well,  here are some cool little tips to help you get past some of that and make you see things a little different

Here are 10 things I do & enjoy to help ya find your happy spot &  calm ya

  1. Go for a brisk ten minute walk.
  2. Write down three things you’re grateful for.
  3. Revisit some of the things that brought you joy as a child.
  4. Play your feel good song.
  5. Treat yourself to something in the dessert aisle.
  6. Reconnect with an old friend that you lost contact with.
  7. Wear bright colors.
  8. Watch puppy videos on YouTube.
  9. List all the things you like about yourself.
  10. Remove apps that make you compare yourself to others.
