Fleet Week Begins Today
Starting at 2:00p today, expect bridge lifts to interrupt traffic in downtown Portland, as vessels from the US Navy, the Royal Canadian Navy, and the US Coast Guard make their way into downtown to tether to Tom McCall Waterfront Park.
Vessels will be available for public tours, and the men & women of the armed forces will be taking part in shore leave in our city.
