A Tornado? Really?

Well, no…  not REALLY.  But there is a 2% chance we might see a funnel develop today.

Most of the time, the chance for tornadoes in Oregon is zero.  The weather conditions are very rarely right for that.  But today, the chance is NOT zero.  In fact, it’s 2%.  49 chances out of 50?  We won’t see one.  But there’s that slight chance that the conditions favor a funnel cloud developing in our skies.
