Blanco Browns Collabs With Parmalee, Teases “The Git Up” Remix With Ciara

Blanco Brown is gittin’ up to some big-name collaborations this week. On Wednesday, the country-trap artist took to Instagram to tease an upcoming remix of his hit single featuring a very big A-list artist. “What if I told y’all this was coming real soon?!” Brown wrote alongside the cover art for “The Git Up” remix featuring Ciara.

While Brown didn’t reveal exactly when the new version would drop, it would follow his own featured performance on Parmalee’s new single “Just the Way,” which dropped last week. “As a band, we just needed that fifth element to help us deliver the message,” Parmalee frontman Matt Thomas says in a statement about bringing Blanco on board. “We’ve been friends with Blanco for a few years now and have been waiting on the right song to collab on.” “Just the Way” had its live premiere when Parmalee and Blanco sang it during a Sunday Night Football halftime performance on December 1.
