Budweiser Has Your Summer Fix

If You love summer and never want it to end, Budweiser has got you covered with a new summer scent,  It’s a combination of the heat, backyard grilling, the smell of pool chlorine, and sunscreen? Well, Budweiser is trying to bottle that exact scent, so to speak, and put it into a candle.

This limited-edition “ode to your favorite summer pastime” is called the Homesick x Budweiser Backyard BBQ candle. Think food right from the grill and an ice-cold Bud all brought together to make a summer scent that takes you back to July anytime of year. The candle has a musky aroma with notes of allspice, barley, and smoke. The beer brand collaborated with Homesick, a home fragrance and lifestyle brand.

“We love capturing the moments that matter most through scent, so we had a blast working with Budweiser on this collaboration,” Lauren Lamagna, General Manager at Homesick, said in a press release. “So many of our favorite summer memories involve BBQ and Bud, meaning we had a ton of personal experience to draw on creating these candles.”

This candle will pair perfectly with the red, white and blue stars and stripes design of the summer Budweisers. Drink a beer while enjoying the scent in the middle of winter, and you might just trick yourself into thinking it’s summer (if you close your eyes and forget you’re wearing 18 layers).

We may be stowing away this candle for a few months until we truly miss the dog days of summer, but we certainly can’t wait to smell it.
