Danny’s Grandma’s Award winning chili recipe has arrived
Here is your breakdown , with a few little extra’s, I’m happy to share the recipe with you for some great tasting Coney Island chili dogs. I enjoyed this as a child growing up and I hope you do as well
Grandma’s Cincinnati Chili
Makes eight servings / prep time” 15 minutes

3 – cups low sodium beef broth
1- 8oz can tomato sauce

3- three garlic cloves chopped
1 – large yellow onion or red onion
2 1/2 pounds of ground beef
1 pound spaghetti cooked
3 cups of finely shredded cheddar cheese and diced white onions
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce

Brown meat and drain fat first, then, whisk together Beef broth, tomato sauce, tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, chili powder, cocoa cumin, cinnamon, cloves, allspice, salt & pepper worcestershire sauce in the base of a slow cooker add garlic and yellow onion and crumble in beef mix cover and cook on high for six hours or low for eight hours
