Scuba Diver Rescued by Mermaids in So Cal

This is a crazy story out of Southern California and something out of a Disney Movie. I’ve been lucky enough to scuba dive and it was another box on my bucket list that has been checked off.  A Scuba Diver named Javier Claramunt from Argentina was in trouble and lost consciousness near the end of the dive while visiting a local favorite So Cal Location.
