Texas Plane Crash Was Caused by a Gender Reveal Gone Wrong
A crop-duster crash that occurred back on September 7 in Texas was caused by a gender reveal gone wrong. In a report issued last week, the National Transportation Safety Board said the plane stalled and crashed after dropping to a low altitude to dump 350 gallons of pink water as part of a gender reveal stunt. The pilot, 49-year-old Raj L. Horan, survived the crash unharmed, while a passenger on board the aircraft with him sustained minor injuries. The FAA also noted that Horan’s single-seat aircraft was not designed to carry two people.
Back in October, a 56-year-old Iowa woman was killed at a gender reveal when she was struck by projectile debris during an explosion.
This may be a bold notion, but perhaps a group text or email with the gender reveal would be sufficient, moving forward. Just sayin!
