Who’s The Rudest City In All The Land? Hint… It’s In Oregon

If you’ve ever thought that the people in Portland are rude well, you aren’t alone.

A nationwide survey has been taken and Portland hits #34 on the list of rudest cities. In an opinion piece done by The Business Insider there is this quote:

“Some pleasantries. A reasonable amount of small talk. Or, at the very least, a facial expression that doesn’t look like you’d just as soon kneecap me as make me a goddamn latte.”

Agree? Disagree?
