Still following that New Years Resolution but just feel like you can’t do enough to lose weight, well your not alone.  I fight with this every March and April as I always want to look good for the summer months.  A recent study confirms that one of the best things you can do to reach your weight-loss goals is to stop obsessing about weight in the first place.

The study found that when people stress about weight, they release fat-depositing hormones that add pounds and increase your risk for type 2 diabetes and heart disease.

So keep getting out and walking, take time to exercise and  DONT STRESS.
